It’s with immense pride and excitement that we introduce the world to this award winning Texas wine our 2021 Aged to Reflection, the fourth exquisite bottling of our dry red blend. Crafted with precision and passion, this exceptional wine is a harmonious blend of Aglianico, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petite Sirah, sourced from the heart of the Texas High Plains AVA.
Our journey in crafting this masterpiece began with the utmost care and meticulous attention to detail for this award winning Texas wine. The grapes that would soon transform into the 2021 Aged to Reflection were fermented in a stainless steel tank, setting the stage for a wine that captures the very essence of its terroir.
To extract the full character of the grapes, we conducted a 24-hour cold soak before inoculation. During the subsequent nine days of fermentation, the grape skins remained in close contact with the juice, enriching the wine with depth and complexity. But we didn’t stop there; we took the extra step of incorporating toasted oak chips during the primary fermentation, followed by a Malolactic fermentation to add an extra layer of flavor and texture.
The journey of this wine continued with ten months of aging in a carefully balanced mix of European Oak and American Oak, creating a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation in this award winning Texas wine.
As you pour a glass of the 2021 Aged to Reflection, you’ll be greeted by a medium-deep ruby garnet color that catches the eye. And when you raise the glass to your nose, a delightful bouquet awaits, brimming with notes of raspberry, plum, strawberry, and cedar.

Blind-tasted and judged by 42 renowned tastemakers from across the country, these awards recognized the excellence of 1,677 entries, including our very own 2021 Aged to Reflection.
